Caregiver Needed – $20/hr | PTO + Paid Training | Flexible Schedules | RN Support

We are currently hiring CaregiversFlexible start dates available. New employee orientations are held weekly.

Location : North of Denver Colorado

Job Summary

As a Caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, non-medical, in-home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Care is provided one-on-one and guided by an individualized service plan, with training and ongoing support provided by the agency.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding (as appropriate)
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety supervision
  • Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Run errands and accompany clients to appointments as outlined in the care plan
  • Provide exercise and medication reminders only
  • Offer in-home respite care for families
  • Observe and report changes in client condition or home safety
  • Complete required documentation, including time in and out


All care is non-medical and provided within agency guidelines.

What We’re Looking For


  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to follow written care plans and verbal instructions
  • Physical ability to safely assist clients
  • Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
  • Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required
  • Willingness to complete paid training and competency validation
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Reliable transportation preferred (mileage reimbursed when applicable)


No CNA required — we will train the right people.
