As a full-time acupuncturist, you will work onsite in a welcoming and supportive outpatient office environment. • Conduct individualized acupuncture consultations and comprehensive assessments to understand each patient's health history and treatment goals.
• Administer acupuncture treatments, including both one-on-one sessions and group acupuncture practices, ensuring safety and efficacy at all times.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans thoroughly in our electronic medical records (EMR) system to track progress and inform follow-up plans.
• Educate patients and community groups about the benefits of acupuncture and holistic health practices, enhancing awareness and understanding of treatment options.
• Collaborate closely with other health professionals in the clinic, potentially providing acupuncture to hospitalized patients as needed.
• Practice continuous improvement through participation in clinical training and the development of effective, individualized treatment plans for a variety of health issues.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient follow-ups, and answering patient queries efficiently.

Inner Light Acupuncture primarily serves outpatients with a diverse range of health conditions including chronic pain, stress-related ailments, and other wellness goals. Our clientele encompasses individuals seeking alternative treatments as well as those looking to complement conventional medical interventions. Emphasizing a patient-centered approach, each practitioner strives to build trusting relationships that foster open communication and collaborative care.

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Acupuncture or a related field.
• Active acupuncture license in the state of Tennessee, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in all patient interactions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication proficiency to effectively engage with patients and staff.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality customer service in a healthcare setting.

• Previous experience of 2 years or more in a clinical acupuncture setting, with demonstrated ability to manage diverse patient cases.
• Sensitivity to the various cultural and personal backgrounds of patients, ensuring compassionate care that respects individual differences.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems for efficient documentation and patient management.
