Exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to inspire and motivate clients are crucial soft skills. • Ensure consistent standards of care, clinical policies, and documentation practices across both locations
  • Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, including caseload assignment, coverage, and client flow
  • Monitor clinical quality, documentation compliance, and client outcomes, providing feedback and coaching to clinical staff
  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training clinical staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support the professional development of therapists

Clinical Supervision (Preferred)
  • Where qualified, provide clinical supervision to HHT's temporarily or provisionally licensed clinicians (e.g., LMHC, LMFT, or LMSW) accruing supervised experience toward independent Iowa licensure, in accordance with Iowa Board of Behavioral Science and Iowa Board of Social Work requirements
  • Document supervision hours and support supervisees' progression to full licensure
  • Provide case consultation, mentorship, and ongoing clinical development for staff

Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure clinical services comply with Iowa licensing board regulations, payer requirements, and HIPAA
  • Support documentation audits, utilization review, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with administrative staff on credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payer compliance

Collaboration & Practice Support
  • Partner with the Office Manager and site administrative staff on scheduling, intake flow, billing coordination, and operations at both locations
  • Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for both locations and for LSC corporate functions on clinical matters
  • Maintain a regular presence across both locations, with travel between sites as needed
  • Support the continued integration and growth of the counseling services at Holistic Healing Therapy and the Holistic Healing Center within LifeSkills Connection, Inc
