Radiant Health Acupuncture Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Acupuncturist to join our team on a full-time basis. As an onsite practitioner in an outpatient office setting, you will work in a collaborative atmosphere alongside other healthcare professionals—ranging from physicians to nutritionists—dedicated to delivering holistic patient care. Our clinic promotes a friendly and supportive environment where every team member’s expertise is valued. Operating hours are primarily Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to gather detailed patient medical histories, health concerns, and wellness goals.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that incorporate various TCM modalities such as acupuncture, felting herbal medications, and cupping therapies.
• Perform acupuncture treatments, ensuring precise needle insertion and adherence to best practices for patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients on lifestyle and dietary modifications aimed at enhancing their overall well-being.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated care plans and foster coordinated treatment approaches.
• Maintain meticulous patient records documenting all assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and patient outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with a Master's degree in Acupuncture with specialization in Chinese Herbal Medicine.
• Valid state certification and licensure as an Acupuncturist.
• Extensive knowledge of TCM principles, including acupuncture points, energetic anatomy, and treatment protocols.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster meaningful relationships and trust with patients.
• Empathy and a patient-centered ethos, prioritizing the unique needs of each individual.
• Strong commitment to continual professional development and staying abreast of advancements in TCM.

• Practical experience in a clinical setting involving collaborative healthcare is preferred.
• Demonstrable proficiency in integrating traditional acupuncture methods with modern wellness concepts.
• Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient care outcomes.
