• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address client mental health needs, incorporating evidence-based strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with regulatory standards, ensuring all case notes and treatment updates are precise and professionally presented.
• Employ evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client progress and to inform treatment planning and interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring the clinic's adherence to state and national standards for mental health practice.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will primarily work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, those in recovery from substance use, adults with developmental disabilities, and individuals affected by brain injuries. • Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
