Job description

Salary: $50K-$80K+

Join Strategic Therapy Associates in Virginia! We're seeking a Clinical Coordinator (LMHP-R, LMHP-S, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) to lead our mental health team. Help clients overcome challenges and achieve self-sufficiency, often preventing out-of-home placement. We use and teach family systems interventions.


Your Role:


  • Lead and supervise QMHP and Resident-level staff.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery and successful client outcomes.
  • Oversee accurate clinical documentation.
  • Help interview and train new clinicians.
  • Manage a reduced caseload (outpatient, assessments, in-home therapy).
  • Empower clients with creative, effective techniques.


We're Looking For:


  • Licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) with 2+ years post-licensure experience preferred OR eligible Resident (LMHP-R, LMHP-S).
  • Leadership experience.
  • Mental health experience (community-based preferred).
  • Strong leader, team player, family-oriented, flexible, and open-minded.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, personal vehicle, and good driving record.
