This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility while also integrating into our outpatient office framework as needed. We maintain standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, though occasional evenings or weekends may be required to meet client needs. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, using a variety of diagnostic tools and methodologies.
• Design and implement comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and circumstances of each client.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing targeted therapeutic interventions to foster client growth and healing.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for all clients, including communicating effectively with other healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to safeguard client privacy.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case conferences, engaging in continuous professional development and training activities to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Holistic Harmony Associates, you will engage with a diverse client population that includes individuals coping with depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, addiction, and mood disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, requiring sensitivity, understanding, and adaptability to effectively support their unique emotional challenges. • A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience conducting both individual and group therapy in mental health settings, showcasing a commitment to evidence-based practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong rapport and trust with varied clientele.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities, essential for documenting client progress and collaborating with the team.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and techniques, as remote counseling may be a component of service delivery.
• Previous work in community mental health settings, with particular emphasis on integrated care approaches is a plus.
