Who are we?
Catapult Health's core service is to provide preventive checkups for companies through clinic events offered at their worksite. Every day, we empower people to improve their health. Most of our clinic events are early morning to early afternoon Monday through Friday, allowing team members to have the rest of their day free for all the other important factors in life.
What are we looking for?
  • We are searching for individuals looking for part-time, flexible hours who can pick up shifts on a PRN (as needed) basis. With Catapult Health, YOU are in control of which shifts you accept. Using an exclusive online tool, you can let us know when you are available, and we will match up open spots to those days. We try to minimize travel for our team members, but those that have the ability to do so upon the request do get an extra edge.
  • Our Health Technicians take biometric information, and utilize exclusive technology that allows us to obtain lab accurate bloodwork - all right on site! In addition to the finger stick, our Health Technicians also take manual BP, and measure BMI. Our environment is fast-paced, fun and rewarding as well.
  • In addition to the right experience, Catapult looks for people that like to have fun at work while helping patients improve their lives. Simply put, that is what we do!

Job Description
Qualifications Include:
+ Performs blood tests via finger-stick, measures blood pressure manually as well as height, weight and abdominal circumference
+ Enters patient information into EMR system
+ Determines and takes action if any patients are in need of immediate health care
+ Meets or exceeds Catapult Health expectations on time spent per patient
+ Ability to meet Catapult Health's dress code required, (scrubs)
+ Displays a positive and professional attitude at all times
+ Model a healthy lifestyle
+ Must be able to respond to calls, messages, and e-mails within 24 hours
Education and Experience:
+ RN, LVN or LPN
+ First Aid/CPR/AED certification
+ Must successfully complete the Catapult Health training program
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
+ Strong PC skills required
