Headquartered in New York City with close to 600 employees, Movable Ink serves its global client base with operations throughout North America, Central America, Europe, Australia, and Japan.
Movable Ink is looking for an Event Marketing Specialist who is passionate about creating unique, memorable experiences and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of our event portfolio-including flagship Think Summit conferences, field marketing events, sponsored industry events, and virtual experiences. From managing event logistics and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive registrations and engagement to creating eye-catching event websites and promotional collateral, you'll play a key role in bringing our events to life.
Working cross-functionally with sales, content, design, demand generation, and partners, the Event Marketing Specialist will help deliver seamless, pipeline-generating experiences that strengthen the Movable Ink brand and create meaningful connections with customers and prospects from concept through post-event follow-up.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and executing Q1 and Q2 2026 events with strong ability to project manage by Q3 2026
  • Effective management of event logistics including: timely creation of Bizzabo pages, sourcing unique and feasible venues and vendors, accurate budget management, and creating written event materials with minimal spelling errors
  • Effective communication of event updates across the organization via Slack and email
  • Creation and maintenance of multiple invite and RSVP lists at one time with autonomy
  • Ability to provide creative swag ideas with vendor options as needed
  • Accurate shipping of event materials for events, and delivery of items within 24-48 hours of each event
  • Support the development of event content and collateral by partnering with content marketing and design, ensuring all materials are delivered on brief and on deadline
  • Maintain and improve event playbooks, templates, and project timelines to increase operational repeatability and reduce ramp time for new event types

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of event planning or event marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Creative and strategic thinker who can contribute ideas to elevate event experiences and drive attendee engagement.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure, particularly in live event environments where priorities and plans can shift quickly.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to take ownership and see projects through from planning to execution
  • Ability to use Bizzabo and Salesforce are a plus.

The base pay range for this position is $70,000-$85,000/year, which can include additional bonus depending on the position ultimately offered, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
