Job Summary
A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager in the food and beverage production industry in City of Industry, CA. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong Food, FMCG, or CPG trade marketing experience who understands how to connect brand strategy, retail execution, distributor partnerships, and consumer demand.
The Trade Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing channel marketing programs that support sales growth, improve product visibility, and strengthen market performance. Compensation and Benefits

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Lead trade marketing programs for food, beverage, FMCG, CPG, or related consumer goods products.
- Manage promotional planning, channel marketing execution, retail support initiatives, and in-store marketing programs.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to support product growth, customer engagement, and go-to-market execution.
- Analyze trade activity, market trends, category performance, and campaign results to improve business outcomes.
- 7 or more years of trade marketing experience in the food, FMCG, CPG, or related consumer goods industry.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market data, promotion performance, budgets, timelines, and ROI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced food and beverage production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Mandarin language skills are a plus, but not required.
- Experience supporting Asian food, beverage, grocery, or specialty retail channels is a plus.
- Experience working with distributors, brokers, retailers, or national and regional accounts is preferred.
