Job description

We're looking for a warm, polished, and highly organized Salon Receptionist / Guest Coordinator to join our team on Newbury Street. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional salon experience while keeping our daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality
  • Schedule and manage appointments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and text inquiries
  • Confirm appointments and assist with client check-in and check-out
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
  • Coordinate stylist schedules and help ensure the day flows seamlessly
  • Process payments and assist guests with retail purchases
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a positive guest experience

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
