Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
  • 5 years of experience in UX Engineering, including the design and implementation of reusable components or design systems.
  • 1 year of experience working with and integrating LLMs.
  • Experience in application development in at least one platform/area (e.g., web, iOS, Android, CompDes, XR).

Preferred qualifications:
  • 7 years of experience developing responsive, adaptive, and performant websites and applications.
  • 6 years of experience as a front-end developer, UX Engineer, creative or design technologist, or in a prototyping design environment.
  • Experience prototyping complex AI features.
  • Experience in collaborating with User Research to craft usability studies for prototypes.
  • Experience with interactive TV or streaming products.
  • Passion for live sports, movies, and TV shows.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead a high-fidelity AI prototyping program specifically for OTT, utilizing the latest LLMs and generative models to explore the future of live sports, movies, and TV shows.
  • Act as a core contributor to advanced prototyping frameworks that allow the team to stress-test AI-driven features before they hit the production roadmap.
  • Unlock technical capabilities by setting up APIs, data sets, and tools for advanced prototyping frameworks, empowering UX designers to build their own functional prototypes without starting from scratch.
  • Drive the design-to-code evolution by working in the trenches with front-end engineers to architect pipelines that transition designs into production-ready UI.
  • Leverage deep front-end engineering experience to deliver production-quality code, serving as a technical bridge that ensures design intent is never lost in translation.
