We're seeking a talented Content Manager / Storyteller to join our team in building a founder-led content brand from scratch. You'll work directly with a fast-scaling entrepreneur to develop a YouTube-first engine that documents their journey, shares valuable insights, and provides tactical advice.

Full Time, Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days offsite

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Job Title: Personal Brand Media Manager / Storyteller

About the Opportunity:

Strategy & Planning: Develop content strategy, research trends, and plan content themes

Production & Execution: Direct shoots, scripting, filming direction, and editing for YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Optimization & Growth: Lead post-production, use analytics to test/iterate content, and build a scalable publishing system

Requirements:

Hands-on content creator with experience in crafting stories end-to-end

Strong understanding of marketing psychology and high-performing content

Skilled in editing, pacing, hook-writing, and formatting for each platform

Ability to research and plan content in advance

Excited about building a top-tier YouTube channel and working with a founder-led brand

Nice to Have:

Experience working on an influencer brand or building your own
