Role Overview
Our User Experience Design Team is searching for a talented and experienced UX Researcher to lead the design of cutting-edge products. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and product managers to deliver an exceptional experience for automotive shoppers. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, advanced proficiency in design tools, and a passion for crafting industry-leading digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Translate requirements into comps, user journeys, and experience prototypes.
  • Develop and communicate creative concepts while balancing business objectives.
  • Oversee the work of multiple UX projects, coordinating meetings and reporting on project status across workflows.
  • Provide quality assurance for all creative deliverables.
  • Provide UX best-practice leadership and mentor junior designers.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality across all digital products.
