We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise as a video editor to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including: What You'll Be Editing: Short-form content : Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts Long-form content : YouTube videos (up to 30 minutes in length) What You'll Focus On: Editing engaging, on-brand video content; Adapting to different visual styles and brand tones; Receiving and following briefs provided by our internal team; Delivering edits on time while maintaining quality and consistency; Edit full-length podcast episodes optimized for YouTube retention and engagement; Clean and enhance audio and video quality; Structure episodes with strong pacing, storytelling, and intentional cuts; Create SEO-optimized YouTube titles and descriptions; Design high-quality thumbnails aligned with brand identity; Upload and properly optimize videos inside YouTube Studio; Generate short-form vertical clips for repurposing; Label, organize, and deliver assets consistently; Optimize content for YouTube search and local discoverability; Maintain branding consistency across videos; Assist in repurposing content into short-form when needed; Qualifications Strong video editing experience (long-form + short-form); Proficient in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve); Strong understanding of YouTube SEO (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails); Portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form video work; Ability to edit for audience retention and watch time; Excellent written English (for titles, descriptions, and show notes); Strong audio cleanup skills and thumbnail design capability; Ability to work with different content types, styles, and tones; Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; Strong communication and time management skills; Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision; Consistent access to a computer, editing software, and high-speed internet; Tools (Preferred Experience) Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent professional editor); After Effects (plus); Canva or Photoshop (for thumbnails); YouTube Studio; Google Drive workflows; Benefits Work from home; Starting salary between6 $ - 8$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance; A workplace that values its people; Professional development opportunities to grow your career; Be part of a supportive team that values your input and achievements; Referral bonus: If you refer a candidate, you will receive a $50 bonus once they're hired by one of our clients; Remember to upload your data in English, please.
