In this role, you will help bring imaginative programs to life-from custom social integrations and YouTube content to Roblox sponsorships and cross-channel campaigns for major household-name brands. You will be responsible for owning projects from the moment they are handed off from sales through to final delivery, ensuring that every detail is organized and every client feels confident in the Moonbug universe.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing ongoing communication and ensuring high-quality account stewardship.
  • Own the execution of campaigns from start to finish, including the coordination of custom YouTube content, advertisements, and expanded series initiatives.
  • Partner closely with internal teams-including media & ad ops, creative, production, and finance-to manage deliverables and keep timelines on track.
  • Oversee the full coordination of project logistics, including asset delivery, creative approvals, production schedules, and campaign reporting.
  • Run client status meetings, providing clear updates and proactive follow-ups to ensure all partners are aligned on project milestones.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client goals and challenges to support healthy, long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Monitor project health and flag potential risks or budget discrepancies early, working cross-functionally to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collect and analyze campaign performance data to inform client discussions and final reporting.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of Moonbug IP and the kids and family entertainment ecosystem to better advise clients on social and media strategies.
What You'll Need
  • Prior experience working within an ad agency (creative or media) is required; candidates must be familiar with agency workflows and client-service standards.
  • A proven ability to see projects through their entire lifecycle, with an organized approach to managing multiple moving parts.
  • Experience or strong familiarity with the digital ecosystem, specifically YouTube channel management and social media integrations.
  • A proactive, "solutions-oriented" mindset with the ability to wear multiple hats, from reviewing labor reports to coordinating with on-set production teams.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Strong preference for candidates with deep YouTube channel management experience within established digital media ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within the media industry, including media agencies, creative agencies, social agencies, publishers, or paid media environments.
  • Experience managing day-to-day client relationships and working on a defined set or subdivision of larger accounts.
  • Strong understanding of client management fundamentals, including communication, expectation-setting, and delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously while staying organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance short-term execution and long-term account needs.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communicator, comfortable interfacing directly with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt as priorities evolve.
  • Interest in or willingness to learn the kids and family entertainment space and how brands engage within it.
