"])self.__next_f.push([1,"We're looking for a skilled videographer to come into our office and produce high-quality video content across several formats: paid ad creative, video sales letters (VSLs), and ongoing YouTube channel content. This is a project-based role. You'll be brought on for specific shoots and productions, with rates discussed and agreed upon per project.
Compensation is paid per project, but is long-term and ongoing. Rate is open to negotiation based on scope, complexity, and turnaround time.
Responsibilities
• Shoot and help produce short-form ads for digital marketing campaigns
• Film video sales letters (VSLs) - clear, persuasive, on-camera or presentation-style content
• Capture ongoing YouTube channel content (interviews, talking-head segments, B-roll, etc.)
• Set up and manage lighting, audio, and camera equipment on-site
• Collaborate with our team on shot lists, scripts, and creative direction
• Deliver organized, properly labeled footage ready for our editing team
Qualifications
• Proven experience shooting marketing/ad content, VSLs, or YouTube-style video
• Own or have reliable access to professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and sound for both ad and long-form formats
• Comfortable working in-office/on-site in Lansing, MI
• Ability to work efficiently and adapt to a shoot schedule
• A quick turnaround style suited to fast-moving content needs
Preferred (Not Required):
• Experience working with marketing or sales teams
