Job description

Soccer Shots Forsyth & Cherokee Counties is looking for a passionate Youth soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8. No soccer experience is required! We are essentially looking for someone who can become a great coach for us, then turn into a Program Director within a few months!

The Job:
  • Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30-45 minutes)
  • Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
  • Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment
  • Engage each child individually during class
  • Manage equipment and class roster
  • Attend team meetings and trainings
  • Provide post-session feedback
  • Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful

Director Duties:
  • Lead and grow the program overall
  • Successfully hire a team of coaches and personnel in order to maintain a solid culture
  • Sell our program to preschools and create public programs via parks, community centers, etc.
  • Serve as the Program Manager. Handle customer and coaching issues as they arise
  • Be the face of Soccer Shots FC. As the company grows, you grow!
