As a Senior Yield Manager, you will be an integral piece of our advertising operations, responsible for the strategic execution and performance of YouTube campaigns. This role combines deep analytical expertise with proactive campaign recommendations. You will work directly with Account Managers to discuss campaign performance, provide insights, and ensure optimal delivery, acting as a trusted partner on their accounts. Your primary goal is to maximize campaign success, client satisfaction, and internal revenue growth through strategic optimization and expert consultation.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end optimization of You Tube campaigns, leveraging data and client feedback to exceed KPls and ensure campaign delivery fulfillment.
  • Manage real-time bidding to ensure campaign fulfillment and profitable margins.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, applying critical thinking to independently pivot in-flight campaign strategies, resolve complex performance roadblocks, and make high impact decisions regarding margin and yield optimization without requiring direct oversight.
  • Lead regular team meetings to discuss performance metrics, share actionable insights, and ensure alignment on client goals.
  • Collaborate with the Media Performance Insights Lead to identify macro trends and integrate them into campaign-level tactics.
  • Proactively troubleshoot delivery and performance issues, providing clear solutions and strategic guidance to both clients and internal teams.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of best practices for campaign management, performance optimization, and client reporting.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience working in related digital media role.
  • Direct experience in YouTube, CTV, or OLV in a media analysis or cross-product video capacity (e.g., programmatic buying, campaign performance insights, revenue operations, etc.)
  • Experience working in a yield management or trading capacity is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising platforms (DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong critical thinking is a must.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large volume of accounts simultaneously.
