ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Manager, Pricing (Revenue Planning) and Yield Management at Red Seat Ventures, you will optimize revenue across our elite podcast network, host-read inventory, programmatic networks, and video extensions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, make data-driven monetization decisions, and scale a top-10 U.S. podcast network. If you are a strategic thinker with deep expertise in digital audio and programmatic yield, we want to hear from you.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pricing Strategy: Develop, implement and police pricing strategies across host reads and video across podcast shows, networks, programmatic channels, and Tubi/Fox streaming extensions.
  • Yield Optimization: Maximize inventory utilization and fill rates across direct, network, and programmatic sales channels.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and listener/viewer behavior to drive data-backed pricing pivots.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track pricing performance metrics and deliver clear optimization recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure unified inventory tracking and monetization efforts.
  • Financial Modeling: Build and test complex forecasting models to simulate monetization scenarios and mitigate risk.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal partners across Fox Corporation and Tubi Media Group.
  • Compliance: Ensure all pricing models and advertising contracts strictly adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in pricing and yield management, specifically within media, or podcasting, digital audio, or streaming media.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a highly quantitative field.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of media inventory, pricing, programmatic and/or digital audio monetization models.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to translate complex data sets into actionable revenue-generating pricing strategies.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills tailored for cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $92,000.00-125,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
