LocationRichmond, VA: This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with at least three days in the office weeklyRole SummaryThis position supports activities involving Yield Management within North America Region, using data handling and analytical skill to visualize and provoke actions that lead to improvement of the yield of the company. Requires strong analytical and handling skills of big data composed of not only commercial related but operational cost, container flow & velocity, and financial/accounting and factors. It is essential that this function provides support to the Manager of the department, as well as Container Flow Management, Execution Marketing, Inland Operation, and Procurement. This position also works as a liaison between Marketing/Sales division and BPIT organization within ONE North America.Additional Responsibilities● Achieving KPIs to support the overall Yield Management of the company● Strong understanding of data elements involved in ONE's activities, including but not limited to B/L data, Container Flow data, cost data, and accounting data● Get involved in resolving system-related issues concerning Marketing/Sales activities● Bridge Marketing / Sales with BPIT as needed to support Marketing/Sales activitiesCore Required Skills and Competencies● Very strong data handling skill● Very strong analytical skills to clarify problems and opportunities for improvement of ONE's Yield● Sound decision-making and problem-solving skillsFunction Specific Skills● Ability to work cooperatively with other depts including worldwide ● Strong proficiency in MS applications: Excel, Word, and Access● Advanced knowledge of macros, pivot tables, and formulas in MS Excel● Ability to work cooperatively with other depts.Required Minimum Years Experience2+ industry-relatedRequired Minimum EducationBachelor's Degree Preferred
