Varsity Yearbook is looking for Independent Sales Representatives (1099) who are ready to grow their own business while helping schools elevate the student experience through unforgettable yearbooks.


About the Role As a Varsity Yearbook Independent Sales Partner, you'll operate as your own boss, driving sales and building lasting relationships with schools in your territory. You'll work closely with K–12 school administrators, advisors, and students to consult, support, and deliver exceptional yearbook programs.

You bring:

  • Passion for education, creativity, and school culture
  • Proven sales skills in B2B or K–12 education environments
  • Discipline & self-motivation with strong personal accountability
  • Relationship-building skills and a track record of customer success
  • Technical & business acumen, ideally with experience in digital tools or yearbook production
  • Strong communication and consultative sales approach
  • Willingness to travel regionally and/or nationally (varies by territory)
  • 2+ years of experience in a related role (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)
