Now seeking a dynamic and talented Sommelier to join The Clocktower's service team! This position will be responsible for guiding guest's experience through service and administrative and educational functions.

Complementing The Clocktower's elevated take on classic British fare, the restaurant's exceptional wine program features an award-winning, 250-bottle collection showcasing both Old and New World producers. Honored with Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence, the cellar boasts remarkable vintage depth, iconic producers, and thoughtfully curated selections that deliver exceptional pairings for every course.

This position offers a comprehensive package including:
