Are you a dynamic leader passionate about hospitality, entertainment, and delivering exceptional guest experiences? Silverspot Cinema is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our theater operations, inspire teams, and ensure every guest enjoys the premium Silverspot Experience.

???? What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management team and staff
  • Oversee daily theater operations to ensure service, quality, and brand standards are consistently met
  • Drive guest satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and resolving escalated concerns
  • Plan and forecast weekly ticket sales, showtimes, and labor scheduling to maximize attendance and efficiency
  • Manage Food & Beverage operations, ensuring quality, speed, and presentation standards are achieved
  • Monitor and control financial performance, including revenue, labor, COGS, and expenses
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable regulations
  • Maintain the theaterโ€™s physical condition, ensuring equipment, facilities, and technology are in top working order
  • Analyze KPIs and performance reports to drive continuous improvement

???? What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in hospitality, business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or entertainment industries
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong operational and financial acumen, including budgeting and performance management
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with POS systems (VISTA, Micros, TOAST, or Aloha preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Teams
  • Food safety and alcohol certification (or ability to obtain)
