Job Summary: The Service Assistant is a front-line staff member that is responsible for meeting and greeting customers as they enter the building. Assisting with answering the phone and making appointments. Assisting with any task that is needed by the service department staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Call customers when special order parts come in and schedule appointments
