Job description

The Sportsbook Agents (Ticket Writers) assist customers with establishing a mobile account, process wagers, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, answer questions, and provide timely, knowledgeable, and most importantly, friendly and patient support to customers.
Qualifications & Experience: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience as a ticket writer in a sportsbook required.
  • Must be 21+ years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.
  • Willingness to learn new technology. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and math skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, any shift, including weekends and holidays.
. Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand at the sportsbook counter for a prolonged period of time; 8+ hour shift. 
  • Regularly lift, move, push, and pull objects weighing at least 30 pounds without assistance.
  • The noise level in the work environment can be loud and smoky.
