Overview
As a leader in digital payments, the Global Marketing Operations, AI and Technology team plays an important role in supporting business initiatives through marketing channel strategy, tools and technology, and operational execution.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Senior Manager, Wrike. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the Wrike platform, driving adoption, establishing standards, and supporting collaborative efforts across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Governance
  • Configure and maintain Wrike account settings, including account-level templates, custom fields, custom item types, and user groups.
  • Drive resolution of governance issues.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Wrike usage across the organization.
  • Lead the Wrike Governance Council, a team of administrators with bi-monthly meetings, fostering a center of excellence environment to discuss new features, updates, and governance issues.
License Management
  • Assign new licenses and manage user permissions, license types, and user groups.
  • Offboard departing team members by deactivating accounts.
  • Maintain the license group dashboard.
  • Lead quarterly license audits with the Wrike Governance Council and Team Admins to identify users who can be downgraded or no longer require a license.
Team Onboarding & User Enablement
  • Support new team administrators in designing and optimizing workspaces, dashboards, reports, custom item types, request forms, and other Wrike configurations to meet team needs.
  • Provide training and support to new teams and users.
  • Analyze team workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency within Wrike.
  • Troubleshoot basic Wrike user issues and answer functionality-related questions.
  • Partner with team leads and Wrike to bring forward and share best practices and customer success opportunities.
Enabling New Capabilities & Technology
  • Support new technology integrations and rollouts, including Teams and Outlook integration training and Wrike MCP Server implementation.
  • Stay current on the latest Wrike features and updates, recommending and implementing enhancements that benefit the team.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Wrike or another enterprise platform.
  • Wrike, Asana, or Workfront certification is a plus.
  • Wrike power user and/or consulting experience.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various teams.
  • Proficiency with web-based applications and software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently identify and implement solutions.
