Job description

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
As a Technical Consultant at Wrike, you will help customers unlock new levels of productivity by designing and deploying advanced solutions that position Wrike as the central orchestrator of work across their application ecosystems. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, combining hands-on implementation with strategic consultation to deliver integrations, migrations, and intelligent workflows that create immediate and measurable business impact.
This role requires deep curiosity, strong technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly build expertise in Wrike's platform, including the Wrike API, Wrike Integrate, Wrike Analyze, and emerging AI-driven technologies. You will work closely with customers to architect scalable solutions, guide successful implementations, and enable long-term adoption and value realization.
Your Impact:
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, diagnosing business challenges and designing solutions that drive measurable ROI through integration and data strategy.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify integration requirements, data sources, migration scope, volume expectations, and associated risks.
  • Translate customer needs into structured solution designs, including integration architecture diagrams, data mapping documentation, field transformation specifications, and migration runbooks.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex integrations using iPaaS platforms, connecting Wrike seamlessly into broader customer technology ecosystems.
  • Build and configure automated workflows, triggers, and data synchronization patterns with robust handling for retries, errors, deduplication, and rate limits.
  • Design and implement API-based integrations using REST/SOAP protocols, OAuth2 authentication, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including flow diagrams, activity diagrams, and functional specifications.
  • Lead enterprise-scale data migration projects from source analysis through cutover, including ETL design, field mapping, transformation logic, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Develop and execute migration test plans to ensure data integrity, record accuracy, and zero-loss delivery.
  • Build and maintain cutover and rollback plans, proactively managing migration risks across large datasets.
  • Work with structured data formats such as SQL, CSV, and JSON, applying scripting for transformation and automation tasks.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and create user guides, admin runbooks, and training materials for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactively troubleshoot, test, and optimize integration and migration solutions after deployment to ensure ongoing reliability and performance.
  • Establish monitoring and alerting patterns for live integrations to identify issues before they affect customers.
  • Build deep expertise across Wrike's product suite, integration capabilities, and the broader enterprise application ecosystem.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, reusable assets, and process improvements that elevate the quality and consistency of customer delivery.
  • Serve as a technical resource for internal teams on integration strategies, migration approaches, and platform capabilities.
Your Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Implementation, Post-Sales Engineering, or a related role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven track record delivering complex SaaS implementation projects involving enterprise integrations and large-scale data migrations
  • Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft, including design, build, and production deployment
  • Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, JSON data structures, authentication methods such as OAuth2 and SAML, and webhook architectures
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and validating relational data
  • Experience working with large, structured datasets
  • Scripting experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for data transformation, automation, and integration tasks
  • Demonstrated experience leading data migration projects, including field mapping, ETL logic, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Understanding of enterprise application integration trends, data governance principles, and considerations for PII or regulated environments
Standout Qualities:
  • Experience with enterprise cloud business applications such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency with command-line tools, scripting, or infrastructure automation that supports integration and migration workflows
  • Domain expertise in enterprise workflows such as Project Portfolio Management, Campaign Management, Creative Production, or Client-Service Delivery
  • Exposure to AI/ML tools or LLM-based workflow automation in enterprise SaaS environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to approach complex technical challenges in a structured and evidence-based way
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer workstreams and timelines effectively
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with customers, Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services teams
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a self-directed approach to learning new tools and technologies
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and bring solutions forward early
Team Dynamics:
As a Technical Consultant at Wrike, you will work closely with customers as well as cross-functional internal teams including Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services. You will serve as both a customer-facing consultant and an internal technical resource, helping shape best practices around integrations, migrations, and solution delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Our Work Style:
This role blends strategic consulting with hands-on technical delivery. You will work across Wrike's solution stack, including the Wrike API, Wrike Integrate, and Wrike Analyze, while also leveraging iPaaS platforms, APIs, scripting languages, and data tools to solve complex customer challenges.
