Location: Northern Twin Cities Metro Area, MN

Base Compensation: $155,000 - $165,000 per year

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, business-minded Plumbing Operations Manager to take leadership of our residential plumbing division in the Twin Cities metro area

. You will step into an established, multi-million dollar operation, managing a dedicated team of field technicians while overseeing department profitability, sales execution, and operational efficiency

.

This position offers significant long-term financial upside, including base salary stability, profit sharing, and potential equity payout opportunities upon future business growth

.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations for a growing residential plumbing department consisting of 15 to 20+ field technicians, apprentices, and support staff

    .

  • Manage department P&L, analyze breakeven points, track job costing, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure high profitability

    .

  • Coach and mentor field staff on customer service delivery, presenting options, and executing a proven residential sales process

    .

  • Oversee workflow, dispatch scheduling, job assignments, permitting, and city inspections in coordination with office staff

    .

  • Provide technical guidance to field staff handling residential service calls, water heaters, piping systems, and troubleshooting

    .

  • Ensure strict adherence to local Minnesota plumbing codes, OSHA standards, and safety regulations

    .

Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota Master Plumber License (Required)

    .

  • 5+ years of plumbing experience with a heavy focus on residential service and replacement
