Classic Granite and Marble has been in business for 19 years and is Virginia's largest and premier stone fabricator. We have a beautiful showroom that leads into our office spaces, and our fabrication facility and warehouse are also located onsite. Position Summary

The Logistics Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of company processes, policies, training programs, accountability systems, reporting requirements, and operational standards across the Logistics, Customer Service, Template, and Installation departments. This role serves as the operational accountability leader and is responsible for ensuring employees are properly trained, required documentation is completed, performance is measured, meetings are conducted, and company standards are consistently enforced.

Organizational Structure

Templators and Installation Subcontractors report directly to the Installation Manager. Logistics Technicians and Customer Service Technicians report directly to the Logistics Operations Manager. The Logistics Operations Manager maintains operational oversight of all four departments for training, reporting, accountability, audits, documentation, process implementation, policy enforcement, and performance management.

Primary Purpose

Ensure company standards are consistently executed through structured training, documented processes, measurable performance expectations, operational reporting, audits, coaching, and follow-through.

Success Measurements

Training documented for all employees; annual reviews completed; monthly meetings completed; template losses tracked; quality inspections completed; KPI reporting maintained; policy compliance enforced; process improvements implemented.
