Workplace Experience Ambassador (B2) - JLLWhat this job involves:

The Workplace Experience Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service within JLL's client portfolio. This dynamic, client-facing role combines passion for service with outstanding interpersonal skills to create a hospitality-focused workplace environment where employees and visitors feel welcomed, assisted, and comfortable. You'll serve as the face of JLL's service delivery, building meaningful relationships while maintaining the highest standards of professional excellence. This position offers the opportunity to shape workplace culture, drive employee satisfaction, and contribute directly to JLL's commitment to delivering world-class real estate services.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client employee and visitor inquiries, providing exceptional front desk and concierge services including guest welcome, visitor registration, and badging processes through proprietary web-based systems
  • Spend a minimum of two hours daily welcoming employees at building entrances while actively monitoring workspace conditions, maintaining brand standards, and fostering positive employee engagement
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments throughout the facility to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements, performance metrics, and quality standards
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with client employees through proactive communication, personalized follow-up on all requests, and attentive service delivery
  • Manage conference room bookings, coordinate catering orders, assist with event planning and execution, and support Work Order management in collaboration with facilities teams
  • Oversee email inbox management, create and distribute site-wide communications, maintain inventory systems, and provide onboarding support for new employees
  • Oversee and maintain building access control systems, including issuing, updating, and deactivating employee and visitor badges while ensuring compliance with security protocols and maintaining accurate access records
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED, or equivalent demonstrated experience in hospitality or customer service roles
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hospitality management or customer service experience in professional environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with demonstrated expertise in calendar management and communication tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to interact effectively with clients at all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated initiative, leadership capabilities, and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
  • Physical ability to spend extended periods standing, walking floors, and maintaining active presence throughout the facility
  • Emergency Response Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in reception, concierge services, or client-facing roles within commercial real estate or corporate environments
  • Knowledge of security systems, digital visitor management platforms, and fire safety protocols
  • Experience with Canva or similar design platforms for creating marketing materials and internal communications
  • Background in facilities management, property services, or vendor management in corporate settings
  • Social media management experience using Microsoft Teams and internal employee engagement platforms
  • Experience working in multi-site operations with standardized processes and service delivery models

Estimated compensation for this position:

64,000.00 - 68,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
