Be the Face of Workplace Operations

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This is more than a facilities roleit's an opportunity to become a trusted workplace ambassador, ensuring an exceptional experience for employees, vendors, and stakeholders while keeping building operations running efficiently.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for CMMS platforms, with strong experience using Corrigo or similar systems.

  • Manage the full work order lifecycle, including scheduling, reporting, data integrity, and process improvements.

  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize building performance.

  • Conduct facility inspections, floor walks, and operational assessments to maintain high workplace standards.

  • Partner with facility managers and key stakeholders to support daily operations and long-term planning.

  • Coordinate vendors, monitor service quality, and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Train vendors and team members on CMMS processes and best practices.

  • Manage asset records, maintenance history, inventory, and MRO parts ordering.

  • Analyze maintenance data and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

  • Deliver an outstanding workplace experience through exceptional communication and customer service.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience supporting commercial facilities or corporate workplace environments.

  • CMMS experience is required (Corrigo strongly preferred).

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable working directly with executives, employees, vendors, and clients.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
