Security USA is a growing security services company providing protection for residential, commercial, nonprofit, government, and retail locations across New York and New Jersey. The company is committed to hiring skilled professionals who deliver high-quality service and help create safe environments for clients.Position OverviewThe Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents. This role involves enforcing site policies, observing and reporting suspicious activity, and providing professional customer service to visitors and staff. This position is located in Staten Island, NY.Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and detect suspicious activity.
  • Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in a timely manner.
  • Enforce site-specific rules, access control, and security procedures.
  • Check identification and manage entry/exit points.
  • Document incidents, observations, and security concerns accurately.
  • Communicate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
  • Operate security equipment, including cameras, radios, and alarm systems.
