Job description

Position Summary
The Position serves as a key liaison between Operations and Talent Acquisition, supporting workforce planning, recruiting coordination, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities. This role helps ensure staffing needs are identified proactively and that hiring, onboarding, and talent-related processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company standards.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with operational leaders while supporting recruitment and workforce initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Workforce Planning & Recruiting Support
  • Meet regularly with site and operational leadership to assess current and future staffing needs.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop and execute staffing strategies based on operational demands.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and applicant communications.
  • Conduct prescreens and initial interviews as needed.
  • Monitor applicant flow and hiring progress to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.

Onboarding & Employee Support
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Ensure all required employment documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and assist employees through the onboarding process.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities including transfers, promotions, and status changes.

Talent Operations Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee and recruiting records while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Manage talent-related documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for managers and employees regarding talent operations processes.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Generate reports related to hiring activity, turnover, staffing levels, and recruiting performance.
  • Analyze workforce data and provide insights to support operational and talent planning decisions.
  • Monitor key staffing metrics and identify trends impacting recruitment and retention.

Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting, onboarding, and workforce processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Support implementation of new talent management tools, programs, and initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support related to recruiting and talent operations activities.
  • Attend recruiting events, job fairs, and workforce development initiatives as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, human resources, workforce management, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, or workforce management systems preferred.
  • Hospitality, service industry, or multi-site operations experience is a plus.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Certificates and Licenses
