Job Description

ย The Compliance Project Manager, under the direction of Risk and Compliance Director, is responsible for executing small to medium projects associated with client. mortgage loan servicing activities. The role is in charge of managing compliance change initiatives which ensure adherence to federal and state legislative requirements and requires acceptance and sustainability by impacted business units.. The individual is accountable for defining and coordinating project scope, requirements, design, delivery, testing, utilizing best practice project management methodology and overall implementation for projects in the compliance change management portfolio. The Project manager is expected to utilize best practice project management methodology and effectively govern projects ensuring the change initiative is successfully applied to the client environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Project Management or similar field

At least two years of experience in Mortgage Servicing

PMP Certification
