Senior Business/Data Analyst
Location: Remote project
Duration: 12-24 months
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business/Data Analyst to join our team. This role requires a professional with comprehensive call center experience, an understanding of the complete customer lifecycle from point of sale to support, and expertise in AWS. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing data to enhance the customer experience and proficient in communicating insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer data to understand and improve the end-to-end customer journey, from initial contact through post-sale support.
  • Utilize AWS tools to manage and analyze large datasets.
  • AWS Call Center expertise or any call center expertise is a must have
  • Develop insights and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate findings effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and customer experience management.
  • Interaction with Sr Leadership in Customer experience

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior analytical role, ideally within a call center or customer experience environment.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS and data management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on improving customer experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
