Job description

Position Overview

Target Hospitality Corp., a leading U.S. provider of specialty rental accommodations and integrated hospitality services, seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to support pricing strategy across its Commercial segments. This role drives margin optimization for TH’s remote workforce lodging, modular housing, and comprehensive onsite hospitality services.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and optimize pricing strategies across Commercial segments.
  • Analyze pricing for specialty rental accommodations, modular housing, and integrated hospitality services.
  • Conduct competitive, market, and customer profitability analyses.
  • Build advanced pricing, scenario, and sensitivity models.
  • Support strategic proposals, and commercial bids.
  • Partner with Operations, Construction, Finance, Sales, and Strategy teams.
  • Ensure pricing governance, data accuracy, and tool maintenance.
  • Evaluate post-implementation pricing performance.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • 4–7+ years of pricing, FP&A, or financial modeling experience.
  • Advanced analytical, modeling, and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools; Oracle Cloud a plus.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Team-player willing to interface and partner with members in all areas of a rapidly evolving Public Company organization.
  • Must be hands on and deadline driven.
