Job Title: Training Support Analyst
Location: White Plains, NY
Duration: 12-Month Contract with possible extension
Pay Rate: $40/hr W2
The hiring team is looking for candidates with a manufacturing, utilities, semiconductor company or trade school training background.
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 7.5-hour workday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Hybrid schedule: Minimum 3 days onsite (may increase to fully onsite based on business needs)
- Candidates must reside in the Tri-State area
- W2 hourly employment only
- No paid vacation or sick leave
- Client provides desktop workstations for onsite use. On hybrid days, candidates will remotely access their workstation from their own computer and internet connection.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Training Support Analyst to provide operational and logistical support for technical training programs that develop workforce capabilities across operations. This role will coordinate instructor-led training, certification programs, continuing education initiatives, and workforce development activities while partnering closely with program managers, engineering teams, instructors, and subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the delivery of technical training programs and learning events.
- Collaborate with program managers, operations leaders, instructors, and subject matter experts to ensure successful training execution.
- Manage training calendars and maintain department SharePoint sites.
- Coordinate logistics for classroom, virtual, and facility-based training sessions.
- Prepare training rooms, equipment, instructional materials, and learning resources.
- Support participant registration, enrollment, attendance tracking, and training documentation.
- Assist engineering teams with preparing technical presentations for Continuing Education Unit (CEU) and Professional Development Hour (PDH) accreditation.
- Organize documentation required by accrediting organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for training participants and facilitators.
- Track training data, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate multiple training events while ensuring deadlines and program objectives are met.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience coordinating training programs, learning events, workforce development initiatives, or project/program coordination.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
- Experience managing calendars, schedules, and multiple concurrent training events.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting technical, engineering, operations, or workforce training programs.
- Experience maintaining SharePoint sites.
- Knowledge of CEU, PDH, or professional accreditation processes.
- PMP certification (preferred but not required).
