  • Proactively identify and resolve constructability, labor, or sequencing challenges
  • Ensure piping installations meet contract documents, specifications, and quality standards
  • Support field quality control, inspections, testing, and turnover activities

Workforce Development & Planning
  • Assist in manpower forecasting, hiring needs, and workforce allocation
  • Mentor and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and key craft leaders
  • Promote apprenticeship growth, training initiatives, and long-term talent development
  • Support labor relations and maintain positive field culture

Coordination & Communication
  • Serve as a key liaison between field teams, fabrication, purchasing, and project management

  • Strong background in carbon steel, stainless, copper, and specialty piping systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and field teams simultaneously
  • Deep understanding of construction sequencing, labor productivity, and jobsite logistics
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and labor projections
  • OSHA 30 (preferred) or willingness to obtain
