OR Nurse Manager

Location: Hendersonville, TN 37075
Salary: $90,000 – $136,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: Available
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-hour Day Shifts | No Regular Weekends or Call

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for a nursing unit in Hendersonville, TN. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, supporting staff development, and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations while maintaining 24/7 departmental accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing staff and patient care delivery

  • Support staffing coordination, workflow management, and departmental performance

  • Serve as a role model for evidence-based practice and quality care standards

  • Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes

  • Assist with staffing coverage as needed to support unit operations

  • Promote staff development, engagement, and retention

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or compact state required

  • Minimum 1 year of related clinical experience required

  • Prior clinical leadership experience required (Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Lead experience accepted)

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

  • Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
