Position Summary
We are currently expanding our team and inviting applications for an Experience Services Coordinator opportunity. In this role, you'll support clients as they prepare for upcoming travel experiences by assisting with planning steps, organizing service-related details, and helping ensure each stage of the coordination process remains clear and on track.
This remote position is well suited for individuals who enjoy helping others stay organized, communicating effectively with clients, and contributing to positive service experiences in a flexible virtual environment. Guided onboarding and continued support resources are available for selected candidates.
Core Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to gather travel interests, timelines, and planning preferences
  • Assist with organizing itinerary components such as accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Provide updates related to reservation progress and upcoming coordination steps
  • Help review available travel selections through approved supplier systems
