We are currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Registered Nurse Case Manager to support workers' compensation cases throughout the St. Louis area.

Position Overview
As a Bilingual Field Nurse Case Manager, you will coordinate care for injured workers while serving as a liaison between medical providers, employers, adjusters, and attorneys. Your clinical expertise and communication skills will help ensure appropriate treatment plans, improved outcomes, and timely return-to-work progression.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage medical care for injured workers
  • Attend medical appointments and assess treatment progression
  • Communicate with providers, employers, attorneys, and insurance carriers
  • Prepare timely and detailed case management reports
  • Evaluate treatment plans for medical necessity and efficiency
  • Coordinate IMEs and job site evaluations as needed
  • Support return-to-work planning and transitional duty recommendations
  • Provide bilingual communication support for injured workers and stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Active RN license
  • Minimum 3 years of Workers' Compensation Field Case Management experience
  • Bilingual required (Spanish/English preferred)
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
  • Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation
  • Reliable transportation for travel throughout St. Louis and surrounding areas
  • Professional liability/malpractice insurance or ability to obtain
  • CCM or related certifications are a plus
