Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) – Workers' Compensation

Denver, CO & Surrounding Areas
1099 Independent Contractor | Field-Based | $50–$65/Hour

The IMA Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) to provide field-based Workers' Compensation case management throughout the Denver metro area. This independent contractor opportunity is ideal for experienced field case managers who enjoy autonomy, flexible scheduling, and making a meaningful impact on injured workers' recovery and return-to-work outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Attend medical appointments and provide onsite case management services
  • Coordinate treatment plans with physicians and healthcare providers
  • Communicate with adjusters, employers, attorneys, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor medical progress and identify barriers to recovery
  • Develop and support return-to-work plans
  • Prepare timely, detailed case reports and documentation
  • Manage your own caseload across the assigned territory

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Colorado RN license
  • Minimum of 3 years of Workers' Compensation Field Case Management experience
  • Excellent communication, organization, and clinical assessment skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Denver area
  • CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or similar certification preferred
