Title: Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday)
Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85255 / Onsite
Employment Type: Full Time Direct Hire (No C2C or Sponsorship Available)

Overview

Talent Groups is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst with deep Workday expertise to support and enhance a complex enterprise HCM environment. This role combines technical integration development, system administration, functional configuration, reporting, and business process optimization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and functional Workday experience, including integrations, reporting, security, and configuration. This individual will partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience with hands on Workday configuration and integration development
  • Strong experience with Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
  • Experience with XML, XSLT, Web Services, and API integrations
  • Formal Workday training and/or certifications
  • Expertise in Workday security, business processes, and reporting tools
  • Experience developing Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Boomi integrations
  • Experience supporting Time Tracking, Scheduling, and Absence Management modules
  • Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio
  • Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
  • Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Jenkins
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools
