RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday Analyst in Katy, TX.
Overview:
You will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our Workday-powered HR technology platform. From designing and configuring business processes to implementing technical requirements, you will ensure our HR systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your work will directly impact how we deliver HR services across the organization, making processes more intuitive and reliable.
In this role, you will collaborate on system upgrades, enhancements, and testing to guarantee accuracy and performance. You will develop advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields, while also supporting integrations and data integrity. Every day brings opportunities to solve complex problems, improve workflows, and create solutions that make a difference for our team members.
Who You Will Work With:
You will partner closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals. Acting as a subject matter expert for Workday, you will provide support and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of HR Systems (HCM/HRIS/HRIT) experience or 5+ years of functional HR experience
* 2+ years of Workday configuration and development experience (preferred)
* Strong technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to document and configure business processes and specifications
* Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels
* Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
* A team-first attitude; While your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed
* Advanced Workday training (BIRT, Studio, Report Writer, Calculated Fields) strongly preferred
* Advanced Excel skills (formulas, macros, pivot tables) preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
