Job Summary:
Veracity Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Workday Architect to lead the architecture and deployment of enterprise Workday solutions. The role involves defining system architecture and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
• lead the architecture, design, development, integration, security, and deployment of enterprise Workday solutions supporting Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Talent Management, and related business functions.
• serve as the technical authority for the City's Workday environment, responsible for defining system architecture, integration strategies, security models, data flow designs, governance standards, and enterprise solution frameworks.
• work closely with business stakeholders, project leaders, developers, analysts, and vendors to ensure Workday solutions are scalable, secure, efficient, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of ERP Architecture, Enterprise Applications Architecture, or Workday Architecture experience.
• 5+ years of Workday solution architecture experience.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise Workday solutions.
• Experience defining Workday architecture standards and governance frameworks.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, and/or Financial modules.
• Experience designing and implementing Workday integrations.
• Experience defining enterprise data flow architectures and integration strategies.
• Experience supporting Workday implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation projects.
• Experience designing and managing Workday security frameworks and governance controls.
• Experience leading technical teams and architecture reviews.
• Experience supporting cloud-based enterprise application environments.
• Advanced Workday Architecture expertise.
• Strong enterprise solution architecture capabilities.
• Strong integration architecture and design skills.
• Strong Workday security architecture experience.
• Strong data architecture and data governance knowledge.
