Description:Hybrid 4 days onsite in Atlanta, GA

Our client seeks a Technical Recruiter with full life cycle corporate recruiting experience. The recruiter will manage high-volume requisitions, deliver a consistent and compliant selection process, and provide a strong candidate and hiring manager experience. The role requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment and effective collaboration with HR and business leaders.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $36.00 to $33.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Own full life cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions across functions and levels.
  • Execute sourcing strategies aligned with business needs using new and existing channels.
  • Build and maintain talent networks to create immediate and long-term diverse pipelines.
  • Facilitate a comprehensive and compliant selection process.
  • Ensure talent acquisition processes and best practices are executed.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships within HR, senior leadership, and business leaders.
  • Report on metrics for time, cost, and quality of hire, recruitment bench, sourcing, and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate consistent hiring and onboarding practices.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements:
  • 5+ years of full life cycle corporate recruiting experience.
  • Technical recruiting experience.
  • Experience managing high-volume requisition loads of 30+.
  • Proficiency with recruitment marketing, online sourcing, and social recruitment.
  • Experience in sourcing, networking, and recruiting for corporate functions.
  • Understanding of employment law.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Strong consultative and influencing skills.
  • Ability to adapt and pivot in a dynamic environment and provide white glove service.
  • Preferred: Workday Recruiting experience, diversity recruitment initiatives, and call center recruiting.
