  • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and user documentation.
  • Stay current with Workday releases and contribute ideas for adopting new features and best practices.
  • Leverage AI tools, prompt engineering, and other emerging technologies to research solutions, accelerate troubleshooting, and arrive at optimal configurations efficiently.

What We're Looking For :
  • Workday Payroll certification or active pursuit of certification.
  • Experience with other Workday modules (e.g., Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Core HCM) a plus.
  • Exposure to payroll tax configuration, garnishments, or year-end processing (W-2s).
  • Experience supporting multi-state US payroll.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience configuring Workday, with a focus on or strong exposure to the US Payroll module.
  • Familiarity with Workday Time Tracking and how it integrates with payroll.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • A collaborative mindset - you enjoy working with others, asking questions, and learning from cross-functional partners.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a growing ability to see interdependencies across modules.
  • Comfort using AI assistants, prompt-based tools, and other technology to research, problem-solve, and work more efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in a business-friendly way and build productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • A self-motivated approach - you take initiative, seek out answers, and aren't afraid to dig into an issue.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
