Job Description We are seeking a Workday Configuration Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits, Integrations, and Reporting and a proven ability to design and configure complex business processes, deliver reliable integrations and reports, and drive effective end-user adoption. Responsibilities: Configure complex Workday business processes with emphasis on Payroll. Support configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting across Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Time, Absence, and Benefits. Perform tenant administration including data loads, security updates, integrations, and reporting. Review business procedures to maximize system utilization and recommend Workday features that improve efficiency. Operate within Sandbox and production environments with defined standards and controls. Provide pre- and post-launch support, change management, testing, issue resolution, and end-user training. Execute mass data loads via EIBs and validate integration inputs and outputs for transactional changes. Create operational and audit reports to assess configuration effectiveness. Document current and future-state configuration and technical specifications. Maintain accurate change management documentation to meet internal and external audit and compliance requirements. Apply Workday Implementation Methodology on projects and enhancements. Partner with the Workday Architect to define scope, prioritize, plan, and implement system changes and feature releases. Maintain functional HR systems knowledge and promote effective collaboration and support across teams. Engage with Workday Community, User Groups, and Conferences to foster ongoing relationships and learning. Serve as a partner to business stakeholders and enhance user understanding of Workday capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency configuring Workday business processes and Payroll-related functionality. Experience with tenant configuration, security, EIBs, integrations, and Workday reporting. Ability to analyze workflows, test changes, and document specifications and change records. Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders at multiple levels. 3+ years of Workday HCM experience. Preferred Skills: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience. Workday Pro or Workday Certifications. Experience with Workday Integrations and security framework. Knowledge of Workday data model, reporting, interfaces, and data loading procedures. Background with cloud-based multi-tenant systems.
