Workable Solutions Investigative & Protective Services, LLC (WSIPS) is currently hiring Licensed Armed Security Officers for immediate assignments throughout Montgomery, Alabama and surrounding areas.

If you already possess a valid Alabama Security Regulatory Board (ASRB) Armed Security Officer License and are ready to begin work immediately, we invite you to attend our upcoming Hiring Event.

Hiring Event Details

Date: Saturday, August 8, 2026

Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Location: Montgomery, Alabama (Provided by invitation only)

Compensation

$16.00–$18.00 per hour

Pay is based on assignment, qualifications, and experience.

Full-time hours and Part-time hour opportunities

Day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts available

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must:

Be at least 21 years of age

Possess a current Alabama ASRB Armed Security Officer License

Hold a High School Diploma or GED

Pass a criminal background investigation and drug screening

Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Be dependable, punctual, and career-focused

Be available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed

Essential Job Duties

Protect client personnel, visitors, and property

Conduct armed foot and vehicle patrols

Monitor access control points and enforce site policies

Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents

Prepare accurate daily activity and incident reports

Enforce post orders and operational procedures

Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary

Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment
