Position OverviewWe're looking for aย Commercial Recruiterย who isn't afraid to get out from behind a desk. This is aย hybrid rolecombiningย on-site workforce managementย withย in-office recruiting execution.
Translation: You'll start your day making sure people actually show up to work... then spend the rest of your day filling the pipeline so tomorrow doesn't fall apart.
Daily ResponsibilitiesOn-Site (First 2 Hours of Day):
- Report to assigned client site daily
- Ensure all employees arrive on time and are properly clocked in
- Address attendance issues in real time (text/call no-shows)
- Support employees with questions or concerns
- Communicate directly with client supervisors and management
- Maintain a professional, accountable presence representing QuickHire
In-Office (Remainder of Day):
- Recruit candidates for open job orders (primarily light industrial roles)
- Manage candidate pipeline using ATS (Workable or similar)
- Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and job placements
- Partner with internal team to meet daily and weekly fill goals
- Maintain strong communication with candidates and clients
What We're Looking For- Experience inย recruiting, staffing, or customer serviceย preferred
- Familiarity with anย ATS systemย (Workable experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation (this is non-negotiable-you're client-facing daily)
- Comfortable holding people accountable (this is not a "soft" role)

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or higher preferred)
- 1+ year of experience inย staffing, recruiting, or customer-facing roles
- Experience using anย ATSย (such asย Workableย or similar) preferred
- Valid driver's license andย reliable transportationย (daily client site travel required)
Core Competencies (Non-Negotiable)- Attendance enforcement mindsetย - you're comfortable addressing no-shows and holding people accountable
- Urgency & speedย - can move candidates from application to placement quickly
- Communication skillsย - able to deal with candidatesย andย client supervisors without friction
- Problem-solvingย - when 3 people don't show up, you don't panic-you pivot
- Organizationย - can manage multiple job orders and candidate pipelines at once
Operational Skills- Ability to:
- Conduct phone screens and basic interviews
- Manage candidate pipelines and follow-ups
- Coordinate onboarding and job placements
- Track attendance and escalate issues in real time
- Comfortable working in both:
- Field environment (client sites)
- Office setting (recruiting + admin work)
Physical & Work Requirements- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods while on-site
- Early morning availability for client site check-ins
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments when needed
What Will Get You Hired Faster (Preferred)- Staffing agency experience (light industrial = gold)
- Experience dealing withย high-volume hiring
- Background inย manufacturing or warehouse environments
- Bilingual (Spanish is a strong plus in this market)
