As a Partner Experience Manager, you will craft impactful, seamlessly executed executive summits and top-to-top meetings between Google's senior executive team and our most strategic partners at the PartnerPlex in Google's Mountain View headquarters. You will partner closely with the Top Partner Program, Global Partnerships Teams, Marketing, GAPP, and other product area stakeholders to drive planning, execution, and measurement of key CXO engagements. You will work directly with account teams, advise on agenda and content flow, to secure speakers, and to build memorable customer and partner experiences (e.g., brand-specific activations) that deliver a truly unique "OneGoogle" experience. You will experience a unique view into how to tie together business strategy with high-touch executive experiences to accelerate Google's most strategic partner relationships.

Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. Responsibilities
  • Serve as program manager/on-site contact for Google executives and partner CXOs for engagements at Google's MTV headquarters, ensuring a seamless, well-coordinated experience across different visits.
  • Partner with the PartnerPlex team, including stakeholders in REWS, Legal, Security, and Exec Offices, to deliver exceptional planning, execution, and support for high-level executive engagements.
  • Secure executive speakers from across Google to deliver high-quality content and demos that support the business and partner objectives for the engagement.
  • Develop and coordinate executive-level briefing materials, including partnering with account teams, Marketing, GAPP, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables are timely. Provide consultative support for partnership teams to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Build internal relationships with subject matter experts and fluency in Google's products/demo offerings to provide consultative support for high-touch CXO experiences.
