Hospice Chaplain
Provide comfort, hope, and spiritual support when it matters most.
We're looking for a compassionate Hospice Chaplain who is called to support patients and families during one of life's most meaningful journeys. In this role, you'll provide spiritual care, emotional support, and compassionate guidance while working as part of an interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure each patient's wishes, beliefs, and values are respected.
What You'll Do
  • Provide spiritual care and emotional support to hospice patients and their families
  • Conduct spiritual assessments and develop individualized plans of care
  • Offer prayer, counseling, and grief support based on each patient's beliefs and preferences
  • Collaborate with nurses, social workers, physicians, and the hospice team to provide holistic care
