The Cornerstone OnDemand LMS Administrator / Specialist supports federal government clients by administering, configuring, and optimizing the Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System to ensure compliance, workforce development, and mission-critical training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
ย 
LMS Administration & Configuration:
โ€ข Serve as the primary system administrator for the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS.
โ€ข Configure curricula, certifications, learning paths, and compliance training.
โ€ข Manage users, roles, security, and HRIS integrations.
โ€ข Support system upgrades, testing, and enhancements.

Training & Content Management:
โ€ข Manage e-learning, ILT, and VILT content.
โ€ข Support onboarding, mandatory compliance, and role-based training.
โ€ข Ensure alignment with federal training requirements.

Reporting, Analytics & Compliance:
โ€ข Develop standard and ad-hoc LMS reports.
โ€ข Track completion, certifications, and compliance metrics.
