Location: Remote (Might need to come onsite once a month for Pittsburgh, PA location)

Description:
Perform infrastructure upgrade tasks for vSphere 8 Work with other infrastructure teams and application end-users to perform various infrastructure maintenance tasks Assess situations and perform proactive analytics for change to minimize issues before they evolve Perform various infrastructure expansion tasks as it relates to VMware vSphere, Cisco UCS, and Dell Conducting basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis for VMware vSphere, Cisco UCS, and Dell issues To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following (Qualifications): Strong background in virtualization and hardware troubleshooting, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with internal clients to resolve issues Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve complex network issues Working knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting VMware vSphere products Working knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco UCS Working knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting Dell hardware
