Position Summary:

The Appointment Setter plays a vital role in supporting clients with setting up appointments for policy reviews. You’ll work closely with both clients and internal team members to ensure timely follow-up, excellent communication, and smooth operational flow. This is a non-sales, client-support role focused on high-quality service and task execution.


Key Responsibilities:

Schedule client appointments for policy reviews, renewals, or service needs using internal scheduling tools.

Manage the team’s shared calendar to ensure accurate and efficient time management.

Document all client interactions, scheduling updates, and notes in the agency management system.

Collaborate with team members to route service tasks appropriately.

Ensure a positive and supportive experience for each client interaction.


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of customer service or administrative experience (insurance industry preferred)
